Most know of IBM Watson as the AI supercomputer that destroyed its human competitors on Jeopardy! back in 2011. Since that time, Watson technology has grown into a multifaceted AI platform with diverse industry applications, from healthcare to agriculture. You are invited to join us for our second annual IBM Watson meeting, hosted at the Watt Family Innovation Center on Monday, April 22. During this symposium, plenary talks, posters and demonstrations will cover a variety of AI-powered topics, including:
AI for education;
Brand color management;
Context aware navigational assistants; and
Getting started with Watson services.
This year, the event opens with the topic of “AI for Education and the Digital Divide”, which intends to stimulate a broad conversation with attendees about AI’s future role in higher education. The afternoon will be filled with impressive student poster presentations and prototype demonstrations.
Whether you are a seasoned AI professional or simply curious about the technology, we welcome you to join us for a day of stimulating discussions!
An agenda is available for this workshop.
If you are interested in working with the Watson-in-the-Watt on your project, please fill out this brief survey and we will follow up with you via email.
